Sports and Movement – Health, Discipline, and Confidence

At our school, movement is an integral part of the school day. Through a variety of sports activities, we help children develop a love for an active lifestyle and confidence in their abilities. Our custom-designed sports program ensures that every child finds their own way to move, grow, and enjoy sports.

Swimming

Develops strength, endurance, concentration, and discipline. We follow a targeted program focused on progress and safety.

Physical Education

Children are introduced to a wide range of sports:

  • Team sports – encourage teamwork, tactical thinking, and strategic planning.
  • Ball sports – develop coordination, quick reactions, and flexibility.
  • Gymnastics – improves flexibility, balance, and posture.
  • Athletics – builds strength, speed, and endurance.
  • Hiking and outdoor activities – connect children with nature and improve orientation and resilience to physical challenges.

Choreography and dance – rhythm, coordination, and stage presence.

Dance classes twice a week introduce children to various styles:

  • Folk dances – build a sense of rhythm, connection to traditions, and group spirit.
  • Classical and modern ballet – improve posture, flexibility, and control of movement.
  • Hip-hop and contemporary dance – foster creativity, expressiveness, and physical endurance.
